2. Made-to-Order Production

All artworks are produced to order. Each piece is individually printed, finished, and quality-checked by our studio before dispatch. This includes framed works, canvas pieces, face-mounted acrylics, and rolled prints.

As each order is custom-made, slight tonal or brightness variations may occur due to monitor differences and print calibration. These are normal within professional printing tolerances.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NIKART Studio & Gallery reserves the right to adjust pricing or specifications without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We package and ship all artworks directly from our studio using trusted courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination, size, and production schedules.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item is in transit but will assist where possible if issues arise.

5. Ownership and Copyright

All artworks remain the intellectual property and copyright of photographer Nick Psomiadis. Purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical print only — not the reproduction rights.

No image or design may be reproduced, copied, or digitally distributed without written permission.

6. Returns and Exchanges

As each piece is custom-produced, returns are not accepted except under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Please review that document carefully before purchase.
