All artworks are printed, prepared, and dispatched from the NIKART Studio & Gallery in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Processing and Preparation

Each artwork is made to order. Preparation times vary depending on the product type:

• Rolled Prints / Canvas: 4–6 business days

• Framed or Stretched Prints: 2–3 weeks

An email notification with tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3. Australian Delivery

We offer delivery Australia-wide on most online purchases. All items are professionally packaged and fully insured for peace of mind.

Delivery excludes rural and remote areas and products exceeding two metres in size. For large orders or deliveries outside standard service areas, please contact NIKART before purchasing.

Complimentary delivery is provided for eligible Australian orders. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

4. International Delivery

A flat international delivery fee applies at checkout, inclusive of all customs, import duties, and tariff charges managed by NIKART.

Preparation time is 4–6 business days from purchase to shipping, with delivery times generally between 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Customers are encouraged to confirm any local customs regulations prior to purchase.

5. Packaging and Insurance

All artworks are packaged using archival-grade protective materials to ensure safe transit. Every shipment is insured for its full value until received and signed for by the customer.

6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. NIKART monitors all shipments to ensure successful delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact the studio within 7 days of receipt or the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly through the insured carrier.
