Return Policy

1. Overview

All artworks sold through NIKART Studio & Gallery are produced to order. Each purchase represents a custom-made fine art print, individually printed, assembled, and finished for the buyer.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

In limited circumstances, a change-of-mind return may be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The artwork package remains unopened and in original condition.

  • The buyer notifies us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer.

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to cover production and handling costs.

Once the artwork has been opened, displayed, or handled, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the issue.
We will review the claim promptly and, if verified, arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

4. Customisation and Colour Variations

All prints are created using calibrated professional equipment.
Minor tonal differences between digital previews and final prints are expected and do not qualify as faults or defects.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds or partial credits will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the return has been received and inspected.
